Whey Protein Concentrate Instant is in the form of a free-flowing, homogeneous powder of cream to yellow color, with no discernible odor or taste. Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) is obtained by producing sweet whey that is produced through an advanced ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures.
Whey Protein Concentrate Instant contains 80% protein. Compared to WPC 35, the product contains much less lactose and sodium. In addition, it is easily soluble even in cold water and increases the absorption of protein.
