  1. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

  3. The entity placing cookies on the Service User’s terminal device and accessing them is the operator of the Service Foodcom S.a. with the headquarters under the address 2/3 Komedy, 02-517 in Warsaw.
  4. Cookies are used for:
    1. adapting the content of the Website’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow recognizing the Website user’s device and appropriately display the website, tailored to his/her individual needs;
    2. creation of statistics that help understand how Website Users use the websites, which enables improvement of their structure and content;
    3. maintenance of a session of a User of the Website (after logging in), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each subpage of the Website.
  5. There are two basic types of cookies used within the Service: “session” and “permanent”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored in the end device.   8. The Operator of the Website informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the Website.
  9. Cookies placed on the Website User’s terminal device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website Operator.
  10. Cookies, set and used by Foodcom, are created in domains: Foodcom.pl,  Foodcom.eu and may be deleted using the cookie deletion function provided by the Service User’s browser.
  11. Foodcom collects information regarding the use of the Services by users and their IP addresses based on analysis of access logs. This information is used for technical purposes, related to the administration of the portal servers, as well as for statistical purposes, when analyzing the demographics of users.
