Duties

  • Managing a team of a dozen salespeople involved in purchasing and sales in foreign markets (all over the world)
  • Motivating and training employees of the subordinate team
  • Execution of sales targets set for the team
  • Actively search for B2B Customers in foreign markets and lead the sales process of feed/food/industrial chemicals/FMCG products to Customers specializing in the manufacturing industry
  • Investigating sources of new potential Customers in foreign markets and determining their potential
  • Collaborating with logistics, finance and administration departments
  • Reporting directly to the Board of Directors

Required skills and experience

  • Several years of experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG, food raw materials, feed, industrial chemicals or related industry
  • Experience in leading the purchasing and sales process
  • Experience in team management
  • Willingness to build your own portfolio of clients
  • Good knowledge of the English language. We use this language for daily conversations with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially French, German, Italian, Ukrainian) will be an advantage as it will facilitate your business relations with Clients and Partners
  • Strong motivation to achieve the set sales goals
