Sales Department


  • Managing a team of several salespeople involved in purchasing and sales in foreign markets (worldwide)
  • Motivating and training employees of the subordinate team
  • Execution of sales targets set for the team
  • Active search for B2B customers in subordinate markets and execution of the sales process
  • Investigating sources of new potential customers in foreign markets and determining their potential
  • Cooperation with the logistics, finance and administration departments
  • Reporting directly to the Board of Directors


  • Experience as a Sales Manager in foreign markets or several years of experience in Trading
  • Experience in team management
  • Willingness to build up own customer portfolio
  • Good knowledge of the English language. We use this language in our daily discussions with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially French, German, Italian, Ukrainian) will be an advantage as it will facilitate your business relations with clients and partners
  • Strong motivation to achieve the set sales targets
