- Managing a team of several salespeople involved in purchasing and sales in foreign markets (worldwide)
- Motivating and training employees of the subordinate team
- Execution of sales targets set for the team
- Active search for B2B customers in subordinate markets and execution of the sales process
- Investigating sources of new potential customers in foreign markets and determining their potential
- Cooperation with the logistics, finance and administration departments
