  • Building and managing a subordinate team of Export Managers
  • Supervising, motivating and training employees of the subordinate team
  • Creating and implementing sales development strategies in export markets
  • Actively search for B2B clients in subordinate markets and conduct sales process
  • Market analysis and observation of competition behavior
  • Close cooperation with the Management Board and Managers of other departments


  • Several years of experience in managing a team in sales, export or purchasing
  • Successful work experience in sales or purchasing
  • Knowledge of negotiation and sales techniques
  • Fluency in English. We use this language for daily interactions with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an asset as it will facilitate your relationship with Customers in the subordinate market
  • Strong goal orientation
