The Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection carried out a detailed inspection of the quality of confectionery products, revealing irregularities with regard to labelling and compliance of the composition with the declared values. Out of 44 production facilities, 13 were penalised for violations such as incorrect ingredient labelling or unjustified extensions of the minimum shelf life date.
