Senior International Freight Forwarder in Wheeled Transport

Our head office is located in Warsaw at the Daszyńskiego Roundabout, and we also have regional offices in Spain, Rzeszów, Wrocław, Kraków and Lublin. Thanks to our innovative approach, we are constantly growing and we are now looking for an individual to join our team as: Senior International Freight Forwarder in Wheeled Transport.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Sourcing trucks to transport our cargoes through freight exchanges and direct contact with freight service providers
  • Negotiation of transport conditions with foreign customers
  • Verification of the transport contract provisions according to previous agreements
  • Keeping the customer informed of the progress of the transport and maintaining e-mail and telephone contact
  • Driver time monitoring, transport tracking, language support
  • Order processing: input into the system, creation of instructions for the driver
  • Cooperation with the sales department and other departments within the company

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a freight forwarder
  • Fluent communication in Polish and English, both spoken and written (we use these languages in our daily communication with colleagues and contractors)
  • Commitment and efficiency
  • Communication skills and good time management
