What will your responsibilities be?

  • Supporting the manager to ensure the effective functioning of the office
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Answering telephone calls, emails and other enquiries
  • Administrative and organisational support for office staff
  • Booking conference rooms, business travel and organising meetings and team-building events

Who are we looking for?

  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
  • Experience as an assistant or in a similar role would be an advantage
  • Computer and MS Office skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Responsibility and discretion
  • Independence and pro-activity
