What will your responsibilities be?

  • Independent implementation of recruitment projects, mainly for senior positions in the trade area (direct search and sourcing executive).
  • Actively seeking out and contacting the best candidates, using direct search methods and professional networks.
  • Building and maintaining a talent base for senior positions in the commercial area.
  • Managing the full recruitment process – from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Working closely with management teams in defining recruitment strategies.
  • Working closely with other departments, especially HR and Marketing on Employer Branding, Onboarding, employee documentation.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in headhunting or recruitment for senior positions.
  • You are comfortable communicating in English (both spoken and written).
  • You are proactive, goal-oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • You are familiar with sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and have the ability to conduct advanced searches (Boolen Search).
