Cheese

Butter
Another week of strengthening of cream resulted in a slight increase in the price of butter production. The cost is approximately 3.94 EUR/kg EXW PL. German producers keep the minimum price at EUR 4/kg EXW DE. Dutch butter is hard to buy below 4.15 EUR/kg EXW NL. The interest from end-users is growing. We can see that as more and more contracts for Q3 and Q4 are being closed. AMF wanted.
Liquids
Peak of milk collection got delayed by the cold weather across Europe. Moreover, we can already see that there will be less milk that a year before. Prices of liquids were rather stable except for cream, that straightened last week. SWC was also steady, SMC went a bit down, but then bounced back to the previous levels at the end of the week.

Aspetti tecnici
L’Acetato di Isopropile si presenta sotto forma di liquido incolore con un caratteristico odore fruttato. È solubile in solventi organici, ma solo leggermente in acqua. L’Acetato di Isopropile è caratterizzato da bassa tensione superficiale, basso punto di infiammabilità e velocità di evaporazione.
Applicazione
L’Acetato di Isopropile serve come solvente per la nitrocellulosa, l’acetilcellulosa e l’etilcellulosa ed è quindi molto utile nella produzione di vernici, lacche e inchiostri. Nella produzione di vernici alla nitrocellulosa, viene utilizzata una miscela di esteri dell’acido acetico con diversi punti di ebollizione per garantire un’evaporazione graduale dei solventi. Questa tecnica viene impiegata per ottenere una superficie liscia e lucida della vernice.
L’Acetato di Isopropile è un solvente utilizzato anche nelle vernici per autoveicoli e nelle finiture del legno. Aiuta a sciogliere resine, pigmenti e leganti, facilitando un’applicazione e un’essiccazione uniformi.
Nella produzione di cosmetici, l’Acetato di Isopropile è una fragranza nei profumi e viene utilizzato anche nella produzione di prodotti per la cura delle unghie.
