Technical aspects
Glucose syrup powder is a purified, dried product obtained by hydrolysis of starch. It has a white to light yellow color, a sweet taste and a characteristic odor typical of glucose syrup. It comes in the form of a fine powder that dissolves easily in water.

Storage period
The shelf life is indicated on the package and is valid provided that it is stored in a well-ventilated, clean and dry place, away from products with strong odor, at ambient temperature and relative humidity below 60%. Avoid loading the package.
