Whey Protein Isolate 90 Instant (WPI 90 Instant) is a powdered product with a creamy-white color, typical taste and smell, with no foreign notes. It is characterized by a homogeneous, free-flowing consistency and is made on the basis of whey protein isolate with the addition of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471) or sunflower lecithin, which facilitate solubility.
