Technical aspects
Pistachios are distinguished by their characteristic natural pistachio flavor – sweet and nutty, pleasant and intense. In their raw version, they have a firm texture and delicate aroma, while after roasting they become crunchy, with a distinct, deeper flavor and pleasant aroma typical of heat-treated nuts. The product is free of undesirable flavor notes such as bitterness, burning or rancidity.

Storage period
It is recommended to store pistachios in a cool (4-15°C), dry place at 50-60% humidity. The product should be stored in a tightly closed container, protected from light and moisture.
