The product is free of allergens and GMOs, ideal for industrial production of sweets, beverages, snacks and in the HoReCa and health food industry. We offer different variants of the product – Carob 20, 45 and 60 – which differ in color, flavor and fiber content, allowing you to choose the right version for your specific application.

Technical aspects
Carob meal is a finely ground powder with a particle diameter of less than 75 microns, available in shades ranging from light brown to dark brown. It is characterized by a chocolate-coffee flavor and aroma reminiscent of milk chocolate. The product exhibits 100% botanical purity and is free of fermentation and impurities.
