The product is distinguished by a very mild, neutral sensory profile, a subtle legume aroma, and a fine, homogeneous powder structure with a light beige color.
Technical aspects
Organic chickpea protein is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It does not contain allergens or GMOs. It is not treated with ionizing radiation, making it an attractive ingredient for “clean label” recipes.

Storage period
Store the product in a tightly closed original package, in a dry place, away from moisture and direct light. Recommended storage conditions: ambient temperature.
Shelf life: 24 months in a sealed package; after opening, it is recommended to reassess the quality every 6 months.

The product is offered in 20 kg bags, designed for safe contact with food and transport of loose raw materials.
