Natural shelled pistachios come from California and consist of 100% raw pistachios. The kernels have a characteristic purple-brown color, and when broken, they take on shades of light green to yellowish green. They are characterized by the typical fresh aroma and delicate taste of pistachios, with no foreign odors or aftertastes. The product contains whole, properly developed pistachio kernels of high commercial quality. The product contains allergens – nuts. Celery, mustard, sesame, eggs, gluten, soy and sulfur dioxide may also be present in the production facility.
