Storage period
The product should be stored in a dry and cool place (temp. up to 25 °C, relative humidity up to 75%), in the original sealed packaging. Under proper conditions, the product retains its quality for 12 months from the date of production.
Packaging
Foodcom S.A. offers the product in paper or plastic bags with a net weight of 20-25 kg, protected from moisture and light. Other formats possible upon request.
Application
- Dried goji berries will find use in the production of: muesli, granola, cereal bars, desserts, ice cream and as an addition to yogurts, smoothies and functional drinks.
