Foodcom S.A. offers Cinnamon in sticks – a natural spice raw material with an intense aroma and warm, spicy taste. The product is ideal for use in the food, confectionery and beverage industries, as well as in the production of spice blends and flavored infusions.
Technical aspects
Cinnamon Sticks is the hard, dried bark of the cinnamon tree rolled into individual tubes. It is characterized by its brown color, aromatic fragrance and peculiar taste devoid of foreign notes. The product comes from Indonesia or Vietnam. It contains allergens: celery, mustard, gluten and sulfur dioxide. Nuts, sesame, egg and soy may also be present in the production facility. The raw material has not been treated with ionizing radiation, and pesticide residues do not exceed permissible levels set by EU regulations.

Storage period
The shelf life is indicated on the package and is valid for storage in dry and cool areas, in tightly closed packages, at temperatures up to 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.
