Technical aspects
Star anise is a dry, free-flowing raw material made from star-shaped fruit. It is brown in color, has an aromatic fragrance with an anethole note and a distinctive, peculiar taste. The product may come from Vietnam or China. It contains no allergens, however, celery, mustard, nuts, sesame, eggs, gluten, soy and sulfur dioxide are present in the production facility.
