Shelled pistachios are available raw, roasted or salted. Raw pistachios are naturally green with a cream-colored interior, while roasted or salted pistachios are a more intense golden brown. Storage period
The product retains its properties for at least 12 months from the date of production. Shelled pistachios should be stored in a dry and cool place (temperature 4 – 15°C, humidity 50 – 60%) in a well-ventilated warehouse, protected from direct light and moisture.
