Foodcom S.A. offers Nutmeg – an exceptionally aromatic spice with a spicy pungent flavor. The product is widely used in the food industry, as well as an ingredient in mixtures and meat products.
Technical aspects
Nutmeg is a natural raw material with a brown color, an intense spicy aroma and a characteristic taste. The product has a loose consistency. Slight clumping is allowed, easily disintegrating under finger pressure. It comes from Madagascar, Comoros, Zanzibar, Indonesia or Brazil. The product contains allergens: celery, mustard, gluten and sulfur dioxide. Nuts, sesame, egg and soy may also be present in the production facility.

Storage period
The shelf life is indicated on the package and is valid for storage in dry and cool areas, in tightly closed packages, at temperatures up to 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.
