Foodcom S.A. offers Ground Cinnamon – an aromatic vegetable raw material with an intense, spicy aroma and characteristic taste. The product is widely used in the food, bakery and confectionery industry, as well as in the production of beverages, dietary supplements and cosmetics.
Technical aspects
Ground cinnamon is a free-flowing raw material with a brown color, an aromatic smell and a characteristic peculiar taste. It is permissible to have light clumps, which easily crumble under finger pressure. The product comes from Indonesia and contains the allergens celery, mustard, gluten and sulfur dioxide. Nuts, sesame, egg and soy may also be present in the plant.

The shelf life is indicated on the package and is valid for storage in dry and cool areas, in tightly closed packages, at temperatures up to 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.
