Technical aspects
Ground Ceylon cinnamon is a free-flowing raw material with a brown color, an aromatic smell and a characteristic peculiar taste. It is permissible to have light clumps, which easily crumble under finger pressure. The product comes from Indonesia and contains the allergens celery, mustard, gluten and sulfur dioxide. Nuts, sesame, egg and soy may also be present in the plant.
