Technical aspects
Cloves are a natural spice raw material with a brownish-brown color and a hard, powdery texture. They are characterized by an intense, aromatic fragrance and a slightly bitter taste with a hint of camphor. The product comes from Madagascar, Comoros, Zanzibar, Indonesia or Brazil. The spice contains no allergens, but celery, mustard, nuts, sesame, eggs, gluten, soy and sulfur dioxide may be present in the production facility.

Storage period
The shelf life is indicated on the package and is valid for storage in dry and cool areas, in tightly closed packages, at temperatures up to 25°C and relative humidity up to 75%.
