Cardamom is an aromatic spice with a powdery texture and a green to yellowish-brown color. It is characterized by an intense, spicy aroma and a slightly bitter taste with a hint of camphor. The product comes from Guatemala or Nigeria. Cardamom contains no allergens, however, celery, mustard, nuts, sesame, eggs, gluten, soy and sulfur dioxide may be present in the production facility.
