Whey protein isolate is obtained by concentration and purification of Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC).

WPI consist of at least 90% of protein and little lactose (less than 1%)

The product has gelling, emulsifying, and whipping properties.

The main applications of whey protein isolate are: sports drinks and nutrition, baby food, dietary products, reconstituted dairy products, as well as confectionery, ice creams, sauces, and soups.
