Pea protein


Pea proteins are produced using dry-milling or wet-milling technologies by extracting protein from yellow and green peas. 


The protein content ranges from 48% to 90%.


Pea protein is a good emulsifier and foaming agent. The product is also a great source of iron.


Water-binding capacity, nutritional benefits, foam expansion, and stability gelation are major functional properties of pea protein concentrates and isolates.
