Rennet Casein

The rennet casein is made from skimmed milk coagulated with rennet. After coagulation, the product is separated from the whey, concentrated, and dried.

Our product is natural and fresh. It has great functional qualities - stretching power, texture improvement as well as good melting and emulsifying properties.


Rennet casein can be used in manufacturing functional cheese, clinical nutrition, fitness supplements, sauce and dips, spreads, delicatessen.
