Fat Filled Milk Powders

Fat Filled Milk Powder is manufactured by blending vegetable fat and high-quality skimmed milk. This mixture is then spray-dried. Fat filled milk powder can be a total or only partial whole milk powder / full cream milk powder substitute. It can be achieved thanks to similar organoleptic, physical, and chemical properties. It allows to reduce the costs while maintaining the same high quality. 

 

Most of the time coconut or palm oil is used to ensure the most common 26-28% fat content in the product. Foodcom can also provide its Business Partners with FFMP with other fat content.

 

The content of protein varies depending on the intended use. The product with a lower content of protein (less than 20%) is used when to reconstitute milk in beverages. Fat filled milk powder with high protein content (more than 24%) is used when fermentation must take place.

Fat Filled Milk Powder is primarily used in the baking, chocolate, and ice cream industries as well as in yogurt and curd production. It is also used in the production of frozen foods, instant soups, and also as a whitener for tea and coffee.

 

FFMP is available in packs of 25kg, „Big Bag” 500-1000kg, or wholesale silos.

 

The average Shelf life of FFMP is about 12 months.
