Anhydrous Milk Fat

Anhydrous milk fat (AMF) can be made from both butter and cream. The usage depends on the season. The production process consists of removing the water and non-fat solids. This product is widely used in the food industry, especially in the production of pastries, ice creams, and chocolate. AMF has regular texture and soft taste.

The product has at least 99.8% milkfat.
