Duties

  • Administrative support of the sales department
  • Handling ongoing correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • Support in transportation planning and order processing
  • Preparation of documentation in accordance with applicable standards

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English to a degree that allows free oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Independence in action and meticulousness in carrying out assigned tasks
