- Organization of shipment and receipt of samples, reporting of complaints to suppliers
- Cooperate with other company departments in the process of creating and maintaining databases of suppliers, products, transport companies and warehouses in the country
- Updating customer databases based on documents received
- Analyzing the market in terms of customer expectations, needs and market behavior
- Investigate opportunities to increase the company’s market share and enter new markets, including foreign markets
